Inlaks Computers Limited, one the foremost ICT and Infrastructure solutions provider in Nigeria and the West African sub-region, is fast confirming its status as a major player in its segment of the ICT market through efficient service delivery and customer focus.
Going by the various activities currently being undertaken by the company under its new management, Inlaks will become a one-stop service hub in the next coming years. This development clearly manifested itself at a recent Business Review Retreat organised by the company in Lagos, which had in attendance 18 Nigerian banks including First Bank of Nigeria, NIBBS and Heritage Bank, the newest entrant into the banking sector. These clients make up the top 80 per cent of the company’s customers base in the financial sector.
Speaking at the retreat, Rajiv Bhatnagar, Executive Director, Inlaks Computers, said the company which has been operating in the country for over 30 years, would in the next three years leverage on efficient service delivery as a key growth strategy. Rajiv further stated that the purpose of the event is to deliberate on business issues with the customers, to understand what has been achieved in view of clients’ expectations, and also discuss areas of improvement to properly position the company as a choice company for most of its customers.

“The Infrastructure Business Unit of Inlaks is responsible for the design/deployment of data centres, power projects, UPS and Power Back-up Solutions for Banks, Oil & Gas, Telecoms sectors and also the deployment of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and Kiosks” according to Rajiv. He also explained that Inlaks has brought a whole range of value added services to the Banks to alleviate many of the current challenges of the industry.
To date, Inlaks has installed well over 1,200 ATMs in less than three years of her entrance into this market segment. Inlaks also has designed and deployed a total of eight Data Centre’s to-date within the financial and telecommunication sectors, including CBN and NNPC. In addition, Inlaks has installed Data Centre Infrastructure in three major banks, according to Rajiv.
Commenting on the Solutions and Services of Inlaks, Tope Dare, Director, Sales & Strategy, Infrastructure Business Unit; stressed that the company’s brand of ATM comes with unique functions and features most suitable for the Nigerian Financial market.
