Ejiobi Charles Chibuike, famously known as Obaego, the managing director and chief executive officer of the Teczo group of companies has said that as a business person, he has always considered the welfare of people as part of his business mission.
The entrepreneur who manages Teczo Autos, Teczo Real Estate, and Teczo Forex Bureau under his Group of companies advised that young people who are in business must learn that philanthropy and business success go hand-in-hand in contemporary society.
Obaego disclosed that every Sunday in the month, he identifies with the less privileged, especially widows, by providing for their wellbeing.
“When God said you should be your brother’s keeper, it also means that you should look after his welfare as well. We cannot afford to live in hypocrisy, being thankful to God for providing bountifully for us but ignoring those who are less lucky and these people are our neighbours, families, and community members,” Obaego asserted.

The serial entrepreneur, who claimed that he has no future political ambition, said “my philanthropy is borne out of a sense of duty to the human family, not for any political motive.”
Responding to the question of how he is able to cope with the responsibilities of three different types of businesses, Obaego said: “I have delegated the management of the different aspects of my business to qualified, trustworthy personnel and I maintained a continuous interaction with them. I try as much as possible to meet them, at least, twice a week for updates of the operations of their respective businesses.”
On how he handles competition in his various line of businesses, Obaego explained thus: “Competition is good for customers, therefore, I try to establish an excellent customer service in addition to building a strong online presence. But ultimately, customers are swayed by price, so I ensure I set competitive pricing, but more importantly, I reward customers’ loyalty.”
