The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has announced the commencement of its Direct Short Service Course (DSSC) 34/2025 enlistment, offering graduates across the country an opportunity to serve in one of Nigeria’s elite military arms.
According to the announcement, the online application portal will open on August 27, 2025, and run until October 7, 2025.
Interested candidates are required to apply via the official recruitment website: www.nafrecruitment.airforce.mil.ng.
According to NAF, the DSSC programme is designed to enlist qualified graduates and professionals into the Nigerian Air Force for specialised roles that require advanced academic and professional expertise.
“Successful applicants will undergo military training and be commissioned as officers after completing the course”, it stated.
NAF emphasised that the application process is free of charge, cautioning applicants to beware of fraudulent agents or intermediaries who may attempt to extort money under the guise of facilitating enlistment.
The Force described the recruitment drive as part of its ongoing commitment to strengthen its human resource base and maintain operational readiness.
It urged qualified Nigerians to seize the opportunity, noting that joining the Air Force provides both career fulfilment and the chance to contribute meaningfully to national security.
