The Global Alliance for Artificial Intelligence (GAFAI) has appointed Nigerian Data Scientist and AI Research Author, Victor Omoboye, as a Global AI Delegate, in recognition of his leadership and commitment to advancing responsible, human-centred artificial intelligence.
With over four years of experience in data science and automation, Victor has worked across healthcare, finance, Web3, and e-commerce—building agentic AI systems that scale business operations, developing predictive models that enhance decision-making, and designing AI-driven solutions to improve healthcare efficiency.
Victor holds an MSc in Data Science from the University of Roehampton, London, along with certifications in Full Stack Data Science, Analytics, and Machine Learning. His research and publications focus on Human-AI Collaboration and the ethical governance of AI, emphasising technologies that respect and empower humanity.

In his new role, Victor will contribute to GAFAI’s mission of promoting international cooperation, responsible AI adoption, and the development of global standards that align technology with societal well-being.
