ANOH Gas Processing Company Limited (AGPC) has delivered first gas to Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG), marking its transition from project execution to full commercial operations.
The gas was delivered through the NGIC 23.3-kilometre spur line and the Oando pipeline network, representing a milestone in Nigeria’s midstream gas infrastructure development and broader gas monetisation drive.
This was disclosed in a statement signed by Olufemi Olokode, manager, External Affairs and Communications at AGPC.

AGPC said the commencement of gas supply from the ANOH Gas Processing Plant demonstrates its technical readiness and operational capability to safely and reliably deliver processed natural gas to both domestic and export markets.
The facility, located in Assa, Ohaji/Egbema Local Government Area of Imo State, has a nameplate processing capacity of 300 million standard cubic feet per day (mmscfd).
The milestone aligned with the Federal Government’s Decade of Gas Initiative, which seeks to position natural gas as a catalyst for energy security, industrialisation and cleaner energy transition. The project is also expected to strengthen feedstock supply to NLNG, supporting export volumes and foreign exchange earnings.
