Addax Petroleum Nigeria Limited has reinstated its committed to the visions and objectives of the Nigeria local content development in the oil and gas industry as the company celebrates the 3rd anniversary of the Local Content Development Act.
The company, which said it is looking forward to more anniversary celebrations and the continued growth and development of the oil and gas industry and the nation in general, said that “the task of Nigerian Content Development(NCD) and nation building does not lie with just the international oil companies (IOCs), or Nigerian Content Development Monitoring Board(NCDMB) but everybody.
Cornelis Zegelaar, who is the managing director of the company, reminded the audience that gathered at the Oriental Hotel in Lagos that the theme of occasion which was, “Developing Nigerian Content” begins with them.
He said the theme is about taking personal responsibility towards the realisation of the Nigerian Content goals of human capital development and national capacity building.
