Anne Ruth Marie recently partnered with Shecluded to train 1,000 Nigerian women and youth to become professional virtual assistants.
The program takes participants from beginner to industry-ready, leveraging Anne Ruth Marie’s expert curriculum and Shecluded’s supportive community.

According to her, the goal of the initiative is to equip women with valuable digital skills, boost employability, and open new income opportunities.
She stated that the partnership represents more than just skills training. According to her, the initiative is about economic empowerment, and career confidence for beneficiaries

Adebayo described Anne Ruth Marie as a social impact brand on a mission to economically empower 100,000 African women through virtual work and digital skills by 2030.
She discloses that key highlights of the program include a comprehensive VA curriculum, from newbie to elite, job-readiness focus, certification and placement opportunities.
“Graduates will receive industry-recognised certification and will be eligible for placement opportunities through the DiVAA platform, Anne Ruth Marie’s proprietary connection hub for Virtual Assistants and visionaries,” Adebayo stated.
Adebayo disclosed that the training program commenced in June 2025, with the first cohort of 250 participants. According to her, applications are currently open for the next cohort, indicating that interested participants can sign up via anneruthmarie.com/training.
She added that Shecluded’s commitment to economically empowering women, aligns with Anne Ruth Marie’s mission of creating purpose-driven, remote career paths that break geographical and financial barriers.
