A fast-growing real estate development company in Port Harcourt, Cribz Apartments, is planning to build 250 new housing units in 2026, as part of efforts to help reduce Nigeria’s housing deficit.
Lead Partner, Cribz Apartments, Nze Anosike, disclosed this during the company’s 10th year anniversary celebration held recently at Novotel, Port Harcourt.
He also said the company would launch five new estates in the first quarter of 2026 in pursuit of its vision of becoming a major force in real estate development in Port Harcourt within the next five years.
“By 2030, I know exactly where Cribz is going because everything has been planned, documented and structured. Cribz will become the gate-keeper of real estate in Port Harcourt. And to achieve this, we are launching five new Estates in the first quarter of 2026:: two in Peter Odili, one in Harmony Estate, one in GRA and one low-cost housing project near the airport. Our target for next year is clear: 250 new housing units. And by God’s grace, we will deliver it,” he said.
He said that Cribz Apartments was a product of big vision and was being structured as a corporate legacy capable of standing the test of time, noting that the company thrives on discipline, transparency and prudence.
“I believe that one day my son will work in Cribz. We’re not just building a company; we’re building a legacy. I have a vision for Cribz, not a dream.
And vision requires structure, discipline and sacrifice. In an economy with unpredictable storms, we have never owed a single staff a kobo. That is not luck; that is discipline. That is commitment,” he said.
Speaking with BusinessDay at the sidelines of the event, Olayiwola Mutiu, a key staff, said the company’s placement of priority on quality, customer satisfaction and professionalism distinguished it from other real estate developers.
