The Nigerian international is under contract until 2029, with the Turkish champions reportedly valuing him at around €150 million as they look to keep him at the club.
The 27-year-old striker has enjoyed a prolific campaign, scoring 17 goals and providing six assists in 25 appearances across all competitions.

In the league, he has netted 10 goals in 17 matches, while in the UEFA Champions League, he has scored eight goals and seven assists in eight appearances, including a decisive strike that helped eliminate Juventus.
According to reports from Foot Mercato, Bayern Munich view the Nigerian forward as a possible long-term solution in attack as Kane advances in age.
Bayern head coach Vincent Kompany is said to admire Osimhen’s profile and believes he could become a key figure in the club’s future forward line.
Kompany reportedly remembers the striker’s explosive early career in Belgium with Royal Charleroi Sporting Club and his successful spell at Lille OSC.
Osimhen has also attracted interest from Paris Saint-Germain, although sporting director Luis Campos is reportedly cautious due to the striker’s estimated €20 million net annual salary and Galatasaray’s high valuation.
Other major clubs, including Manchester United, Juventus and Atlético Madrid, have not made recent approaches for the Nigerian striker
