To do this, the firm will host a gathering dedicated to recognising the commitment and unparalleled dedication of real estate professionals on January 20, 2024, in Lagos.
Oluwatosin Olatujoye, group chief executive officer of Zylus Group, said the company is thrilled to host such a monumental event that recognises the hard work, integrity, and excellence of realtors who have significantly contributed to the growth and development of the real estate sector in Africa.
He said the gathering will serve as a testament to their dedication and the pivotal role they play in shaping the industry’s future.
The event tagged the Zylus Annual Thanksgiving and Awards with the theme ‘Beyond Boundaries,’ will bring together esteemed professionals, industry leaders, and visionaries to honour the relentless efforts and innovative practices that have reshaped and elevated the real estate industry.
The event is expected to be graced by the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi as he doubles as the Royal Father of the Day and keynote speaker; The Alara of Ilara Kingdom, Oba Olufolarin Olukayode and the Latiri 1, Olubosin of Ifetedo Kingdom, Oba Akinola Akinrere.
Olatujoye further said that apart from the thanksgiving and award ceremony, the event will also feature keynote speeches and charge for 2024 by some of the leading thought leaders like Kunle Soriyan, Olumide Emmanuel and Niyi Adesanya, who will also be gracing the occasion.
It will be hosted by AY Comedian and promises to be a night of glitz, glam and unmatched fun with a music performance by 9ice and Comedy by Koffi Tha Guru, Bash and Eteye Comedian.
