Adebayo Temitayo, known online as Realjjfrosh, is a 20-year-old Nigerian content creator and digital entrepreneur from Ode-Irele in Ondo State. After gaining attention through viral TikTok videos, he is now turning his influence toward solving long-term challenges faced by creators across Africa.
Temitayo said his current work goes beyond producing digital content. He is developing ideas that can help creators across the continent overcome barriers linked to monetisation and limited access to digital tools. “Africa has so much digital talent, but the tools and systems don’t always favour us,” he said. “My goal is to build a space where creators can grow and monetise without limitations.”
He is researching and planning a creator-focused social platform built for the African market. The proposed platform will include monetisation features and an algorithm that rewards meaningful engagement rather than follower count. This approach is aimed at addressing structural gaps that make it difficult for creators in emerging economies to earn fairly from their work.
Temitayo also shares guidance with young creators through social media and workshops. He discusses how algorithms work, how to improve engagement, and how to plan for long-term digital growth. His work encourages creators to view content production as a business that can support livelihoods and build opportunities.
In October 2025, Temitayo was nominated for Social Media Influencer of the Year at the African Entertainment Awards, USA (AEAUSA). The nomination recognises his growing role in shaping Africa’s digital creator community.
As Africa’s digital economy grows, individuals like Temitayo who focus on structural solutions are helping to create a more supportive environment for creators. His efforts show how digital influence can drive change and open new paths for creative entrepreneurship across the continent.
