FIFA has announced the shortlist for The Best FIFA Football Awards 2025, celebrating the standout players, coaches, and goalkeepers in both men’s and women’s football.
The awards honour achievements between August 11, 2024, and August 2, 2025, across six categories: The Best Men’s Player, Men’s Coach, Men’s Goalkeeper, Women’s Player, Women’s Coach, and Women’s Goalkeeper.
Fans around the world can now cast their votes to determine the winners, alongside national team captains, coaches, and journalists.
Last year, Real Madrid forward Vinícius Júnior was crowned The Best FIFA Men’s Player, ahead of Manchester City midfielder Rodri and Jude Bellingham from Real Madrid. The women’s categories also promise fierce competition this year, with a mix of established stars and rising talents.
