Shimite Bello is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Quintessential Group.
She is also the Executive Secretary, Delta State Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Development Agency (DMSMA)
DMSMA, headed by Shimite, is a public sector corporate body that coordinates, promotes, supports, facilitates and encourages the development and funding of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise in Delta State, Nigeria.
Agricultural and solid mineral value chain financing without prejudice is the bedrock of the agency.
The Quintessential Group (QG) comprises of 12 companies which include NGOs, Social Business Enterprises and Limited Liability Companies. Its products and services cover the entire value chain of selected agriculture and solid mineral value chain.

The entire process is run by over 70% women across Nigeria. Services include packaging, sales and marketing of raw, semi processed and processed products that are organic.
They also engage in the establishment of processing plants in Nigeria and beyond with investors. Their primary raw materials as sourced through QG.
Gold, coal, gemstones and salt are their leading solid mineral products, while Shea butter, honey, ginger, groundnut, cocoa, cashew nut and moringa are their leading agricultural produce. They have 40 agricultural produce and 37 solid mineral produce that they engage in.
Also, Bello is the President of Quintessential Business Women Association, a social business enterprise focused on the agriculture and solid mineral value chain. They have a membership strength of about 1 million women and youths across the 774 Local government areas that make up Nigeria. They are largely focused on exporting raw materials from Nigeria, but also cater to the local markets as well.
Shimite certainly wears several caps. She is also the CEO of Generations Travel and Tours Limited, and they ensure the business of selling tickets, hotel reservations, visa assistance, tour operations, health insurance and travel, including budget advise is done professionally and effectively.
As a leader, Bello is vastly knowledgeable in matters concerning developing countries in Africa, grassroot funding and generally the business terrain.
She is an associate member of Women in Management Business and Public Administration (WIMBIZ), a Nigerian non-profit organisation working to inspire and empower women to attain leadership roles in management, business and public service.
It is her dream that one day, the negative perception about Nigeria and Africa as a whole will change for the better, and she is contributing her part to the success of this optimism, through her various initiatives and continuous contribution to this goal.
