In her cumulative five years CFO work experience with both FimoRealty and Construction Kaiser Limited, she has supported CEOs for business finance and organisation transformation.
Abiodun has a strong reputation for sensing what is going to happen to a company’s financial and business health before it ever becomes obvious to others.
Also, she is reputed for strengthening financial controls, championing true value based culture and aligning business processes with corporate strategy, resulting in improved business performance.
She is an alumna of Daystar Leadership Academy, an ACCA member (Association of Chartered Certified Accountant), holds a first-class Bachelor degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom, a Bachelor degree in Economics and currently undertaking a master degree at the University of London.
In 2012, with only 3 years of work experience, she was promoted to head the internal audit unit of Nigeria biggest ICT firm Zinox (It acquired the largest eCommerce company in West Africa Konga.com).
In 2014 (4 years into her career), she was a unit head at Access Bank Plc in a job function that requires a minimum of 8 years experience. She was well acknowledged by the Group Head, Pattison Boleigha for effective leadership style.
In 2016-19, she led a team of 14 smart professionals at FilmoRealty where she transformed the finance and corporate service units.
In 2019, Abiodun was on the panel of Nigeria Finance and Investment Summit organised by CGIA institute.
She reports directly to the CEO and participating with the board of directors, managing finance and leading a team of 12 accounting professionals to partner with the Construction Kaiser Management team for value creation.
She supervises the organisation’s overall strategic finance function (capital structure, forecasting, budgeting, risk, and taxation), Treasury Management (banking relationships, regulatory compliance, cash management, collections and disbursements), Financial Reporting (monthly, board meetings, annual financials), creates and manages operationally efficient finance and accounting system and provides training and intellectual support on finance subject for both accounting and non-accounting staff.
While at FilmoRealty as Chief Financial Officer/Head of Corporate Services, she led and coordinated the overall finance and administration of Filmo Group.
She also managed and developed finance, procurement and human resource/administrative staff to ensure smooth business operations and the provision of accurate and timely information for Filmorealty, Filmo Development and Fimlo Facilities Management.
