Ingredients
1 pc watermelon
2 cups strawberries
5 pcs lemon
150 g sugar
Method
A mini seedless watermelon is best for this recipe. Cut the watermelon in half and scrape all the fruits from the centre of the watermelon using a spoon.
Combine the watermelon fruit, strawberries, juice from the lemons, sugar and 1 cup of ice in a blender and process until smooth.
Serve the drink in the empty halves of watermelon and garnish with skewed strawberry and lemon.
