Retired Justice Mary Ukaego Peter-Odili denied allegations made by Jackson Ude on a social media post titled “Mary Odili working for Tinubu, with PEPT”.
In a press statement by her media assistant, Felix Enebeli, she refutes the claims.
The social media publication alleges that Justice Mary Peter-Odili is currently negotiating on behalf of Bola Tinubu and holds regular meetings with the Appeal and Supreme Courts in connection with the presidential election petitions.
In the press statement, Enebeli reveals that Odili is neither acting as a judicial consultant nor is she involved in any presidential or election petitions.

Enebeli says the accusations are false, malicious, and mischievous, designed to undermine her lordship’s integrity and reputation.
According to the press release, the accusations have tarnished her reputation and potentially incited public unrest on a matter of significant national importance.
To address these claims, her legal team have demanded a retraction and public apology from Jackson Ude, the post’s author. Failure to comply with this demand could lead to legal proceedings in a court of law.
Odili’s legal representatives have also filed petitions with the State Security Service, the Nigeria Police, and Interpol, urging an immediate and thorough investigation into the allegations to clear her name.
