TEXEM (These Executive Minds) UK will be hosting an exclusive high-impact, four-day residential leadership development programme in Leeds for Nigerian business leaders in August 18 to 25, 2025.
According to the program organisers, it is designed to equip Nigerian senior executives with the strategic tools needed to thrive in today’s volatile global environment, sharpen their leadership edge and steer their organisations through complexity.

The theme is ‘Leading Effectively In An Increasingly Geopolitically Strained World’ will hold at the Hilton Leeds and will bring together world-renowned faculty, seasoned practitioners, and visionary thinkers to help participants confront the complexities of modern leadership with clarity, courage and capability.
Enabling executive navigate crises with confidence
One of the programme’s core pillars is to prepare leaders t lead from the front and navigate crises with confidence and composure in an age where reputational threats, regulatory shocks and operational disruptions are no longer anomalies but routine challenges.
Participants will gain a robust framework for crisis communication and stakeholder management which are essential tools for mitigating reputational risk, maintaining trust, and emerging stronger in the aftermath of adversity.
These leaders will learn to respond decisively and strategically when faces with a data breach, public backlash, or policy upheaval.
