In a bid to consolidate its drive in becoming a major player in the tablet and mini PCs segment of Nigerian market, TECNO has again released another PAD+PHONE device called Droipad 7 II.
The device places a special emphasis on productivity and style, fusing the computing ability of high-end tablets with top-of-the-line user experience of the Android lollipop IS on smart phones just like the earlier released Droipad 7C pro.
Speaking during the launch of the device at its head office in Lagos, Gbenga Oguntade, Marketing Lead, TECNO tablet business unit, revealed that the launch of the Hybrid Droipad 7 II was due to the success that came from the Droipad 7C pro and the high demand by and users.
“We are proud to say that this is another great PAD+Phone device; the next generation android phablet designed for productivity and style. For those of you who may have experienced the Droipad 7C pro and who by now have an understanding of the fusion of PAD productivity and SMART phone elegance will comprehend what I’m talking about,” Oguntade added.
The Droipad 7 II phablet comes with 4*1.0GHz cortex A53 processor and an ultra-fast 4G network which will make web-browsing and downloading faster and with a 7inch IPS display that delivers 170-degree viewing angles and an accurate colour reproduction, movie viewing and gaming will be more immersive.
Stressing on the device’s key offerings, Peter Shi, Tecno Pad Channel manager revealed the new phablet device also comes with a massive 4100 mAh battery, that can support the standby of nearly a month on a single charge and with a better audio-visual experience, user can have more time to enjoy it.
“This device is something every device enthusiast should have because it matches top-of-the-line performance with premium feel. Equipped with the latest lollipop (Android 5.1), the phablet 7 II is specially designed for Android users and delivers a superior user experience,” Shi said.
According to the marketing lead, TECNO tablet division also has plans on launching another exceptional device, Droipad 10 Pro II in the nearest future.
