A new opportunity has opened for home buyers as Dradrock Real Estate, a frontline property investment and development company, has rolled out end-of-year sales offer on its estates in Lagos.
Though a relatively young company, Dradrock has established strong presence in the Nigerian property market with its projects which include Prime Oikos Estate in Lakowe, Prime Apartments Estate, Lakowe, Pacific Manor II at Abraham Adesanya, Lekki, and the Hibiscus at Ologolo, Lekki.
Dradrock, as a company, is committed to uplifting the living standards of Nigerians and, by extension, Nigeria which is why, according to its officials, it has come up with the Yuletide sales offer.
“It is our wish that more people can use the platform we are providing to become home owners; we will continue to deliver quality homes and estates to Nigerians, especially Lagos residents, in line with our core values of innovation, customer satisfaction and excellence,” Oladipo Idowu-Agida, the company’s managing director and chief executive officer, assured.
The company disclosed at the weekend in Lagos that it would be offering premium gifts and prizes to both new and existing customers on its estates. Home buyers are to get prizes ranging from bags of cement, television sets, and salad master cookware to iPhones, Mac Book Air, etc.

“Any purchase of one or more units of property at any of our estates attracts a prize. It is our desire to make people feel our impact during this festive period, the same way they felt all through the year; this is why we are rolling out these sales offer,” Idowu-Agida explained.
He noted that they were set to give their customers experience of a lifetime with the prizes, stressing that Dradrock was committed to delivering the Pacific Manor I project to customers in the second quarter of 2021 as scheduled.
Kikelomo Williams, the company’s general manager, Marketing and Business Units, provided insights into the company’s plans for the coming year, saying that there were ongoing expansion plans for the company’s operation. She explained that part of these plans was Dradrock’s decision to be a lot more customer-centric in the coming year.
“Dradrock does not just sell dreams, they also help you build those dreams,” Williams said.
According to her, the window for these sales offers would be open till the end of December to allow aspiring home buyers and investors in Nigeria and Diaspora ample time to be part of this great experience.
The sales offer is one of the ways through which the company lives out its mission to provide homes for as many Nigerians as possible. Not long ago, it launched what it tagged ‘Discounted Sales Offer’ with which it marked 36 months of opening for business.
During this offer, 30 plots of land in two different land sizes were made available in 600sqm and 300sqm. While the 600sqm had 20 units discounted, the 300sqm had 10 units discounted.
With all these offers, the company has been able, according to the MD/CEO, to provide over 500 houses and housing solutions to an equal number of families, meaning that at an average of four persons per family, about 2,000 persons have benefited from their housing schemes. This has helped to reduce Nigeria’s housing deficit and also provided jobs for the people.
“As part of our major roles, we also advise people on how to go about buying their houses or holding a property for investment purposes. We segment our market, look at buyers based on their jobs and income levels. We structure payments for people according to their cash flow and they are excited to see that we are able to do this for them,” Idowu-Agida informed.
