JV Management Consulting Limited has launched JVPerformX, which it describes as Nigeria’s first fully AI-powered Human Resources Management System built for African enterprises. The company stated that the platform manages the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through retirement, while supporting the regulatory needs of organisations within the region.
The launch was led by Jennifer Seidu, CEO and Founder of the firm, and Anuoluwapo Seidu, Chief Operating Officer. Both leaders noted that many organisations across Africa continue to face delays in HR processes, reporting gaps and compliance risks. JVPerformX, they said, aims to support firms that seek structured systems for people management and long-term planning.
According to the company, the platform’s AI-powered recruitment module uses automated candidate screening to extract key information and generate a “fit score” between 0 and 100. The tool shortens initial CV review time and allows HR teams to identify suitable candidates without manual sorting.
The performance-management module supports real-time KPI tracking, quarterly reviews and 360-degree feedback, giving managers and employees a shared view of outcomes. Executives also have access to strategic analytics dashboards that convert HR data into organisational indicators for planning and decision-making.
A major focus of the launch is compliance. The company explained that JVPerformX includes a localised payroll engine that automates PAYE, NSITF, ITF and PENCOM deductions with full alignment to Nigerian requirements. The system also offers secure document storage to support NDPR compliance and other statutory obligations.
