World leaders join Nigerians in mourning late President Muhammadu Buhari, former President Goodluck Jonathan and former Ghanaian President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, visited Vice President Kashim Shettima and Buhari’s family in London.
Jonathan and Akufo-Addo, during the visit, paid glowing tributes to the late former President.
Recall that the late President had succeeded former President Goodluck Jonathan, who he defeated in a peaceful election in 2015.

Buhari, who passed on, Sunday afternoon, is expected to be buried in his home town, Daura, in Katsina state on Tuesday.
Vice President Shettima is currently in London on President Bola Tinubu’s directive to accompany former President Buhari’s body back to Nigeria.
President Tinubu assigned Shettima and Femi Gbajabiamila, Chief of Staff to the President.
The team also includes Borno State Governor Babagana Zulum, Yusuf Tuggar, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Ibrahim Hadejia, deputy Chief of Staff to the President.
The team is expected back to Nigeria on Tuesday.
