Nigerian music artist Omoniyi Temidayo Raphael, known as Zlatan Ibile, was unveiled as Jeroid’s new brand ambassador during the company’s 8th anniversary celebration in Lagos.
Jeroid’s Chief Executive Officer, Jeremiah Mayowa, said customers and users of the Jeroid crypto trading app and other platforms “can look forward with great expectation and excitement” to future developments from the company.
The event, called “The Jeriversary”, was hosted by Big Bimi and Simisanyaa. Zlatan made his first official appearance in his new role, meeting fans and members of the Jeroid community. The artist is known for the popular “Zanku (Leg Work)” dance move.
Several key figures attended the event, including Mr Ayo Adeagbo, Special Assistant to the President on Art, Culture, and Creative Economy; Obinna Iwuno, President of SiBAN; and Mr Obinna Egbuniwe from the SEC’s Fintech and Innovation Office in Lagos.
The evening also featured a performance by comedian Kenny Blaq, with dance and magic acts entertaining the audience.
