Infinix has launched its Note 60 Series in Nigeria, recording strong early market traction as pre-orders have already surpassed internal targets, highlighting growing consumer demand in the premium mid-range smartphone segment.
The launch event, held in partnership with 3CHUB, brought together distributors, retail partners, dealers, and customers for hands-on product demonstrations and engagement, marking the official introduction of the Note 60 Series to the Nigerian market.
Speaking at the event, Eva Niu, marketing manager at Infinix Nigeria, described the Note 60 Series as the company’s most advanced Note lineup to date, reflecting a deeper collaboration with Qualcomm Snapdragon.

“Performance is everything for us because the chip is the foundation of the smartphone experience. This is the first time Infinix is entering deep cooperation with Snapdragon. The Note 60 Series is powered by Snapdragon 7th and 4th generation chipsets, ensuring smooth performance, stable multitasking, and overall efficiency,” Niu stated.
She added that the series introduces industry-first features, including the FG Matrix Display and Live Photo on Android, a feature previously associated mainly with Apple’s iPhone devices. “With Live Photo, Android users now enjoy the same experience that was once exclusive to iPhone users,” Niu said.
The Note 60 Series also features a 6500mAh battery, designed to support extended daily use for work, entertainment, and productivity. According to Niu, the series addresses a long standing trade off in smartphone design between aesthetics and performance.
“Usually, if a phone looks beautiful, people doubt its performance. And when performance is very strong, the design is often not attractive,” she explained.
With the Note 60 Series, we achieved both. It combines attractive design, strong performance, a big battery, and fast charging. This is our most complete Note model so far.
Providing insight into market response, Afolabi Oludare, Infinix KA national retail manager, said pre-orders have exceeded expectations, prompting immediate engagement with headquarters to scale production.
“We have surpassed our pre-order target, which means we need Headquarters to produce more units. The demand has exceeded our projections, so we are working to meet market needs,” Oludare said.

He said Infinix has already coordinated with distributors nationwide to manage supply.
Oludare attributed strong pre-order performance to marketing, social media campaigns, and attractive pre-order incentives. “Infinix is not new in Nigeria. Our media and marketing teams created awareness early, and pre-orders were bundled with gifts,” he said.
Combined with the strong features of the Note 60 Series, this drove high demand. Oludare said affordability and flexibility were key considerations, especially in light of current economic conditions. “The Note 60 Series comes with a one-year screen warranty. Any screen damage within one year can be handled at authorised KA centres,” he said.
He also highlighted Infinix’s Easy Buy option, allowing zero-interest instalment payments. “With Easy Buy, customers can pay in instalments with zero interest, making the devices accessible to more Nigerians,” he said.
Earlier, Hunt Huangfu, retail manager at Infinix Nigeria, said the launch was designed to strengthen dealer engagement and product understanding. “Today’s event officially introduces the Note 60 Series to the Nigerian market in partnership with 3CHUB,” Huangfu said.
From the partner’s perspective, Haruna Idoko, regional manager at 3CHUB Brand Management Limited, said the collaboration aligns with the company’s strategy to grow sales of Infinix’s high-end devices. “Our focus has always been to promote more high-end Infinix devices. The strong turnout shows growing interest, and we are confident sales will increase significantly in 2026,” Idoko said.
The Note 60 Series will be available nationwide from Monday across 3CHUB outlets and all KA retail stores in Nigeria.
As part of the launch promotion, customers purchasing the Note 60 Pro will receive free accessories, including a power bank and earbuds, while buyers of the Note 60 Edge will receive a power bank. Pre-order customers also received a smartwatch valued at N50,000 thousand naira.
With strong pre-order momentum, expanded production plans, and flexible purchase options, the Infinix Note 60 Series is expected to intensify competition in Nigeria’s smartphone market and strengthen the brand’s position in the premium mid-range segment.
