Pretty Nollywood actress, Osas Ighodaro, has recanted how her ex-boyfriend called the police on her, years ago.
Speaking in a podcast interview recently, the award winning actress said the incident happened in the US, where she was based for a long time.
She said, “I saved up money to buy myself a car and I drove to Baltimore Maryland from New York by myself to surprise my boyfriend and show him the car.
“I knocked on the door. I stood at the door for five minutes waiting for the door to be opened. Five minutes is not a short time. He kept saying I should hold on and I asked what is holding him. I went in and asked what took him so long. He asked why I didn’t tell him I was coming. I told him I bought a car and I wanted to surprise him. I told him I thought he would be happy.”
Osas said she tried to enter his bedroom but found it locked.
“I asked why and he said he had a friend in his room. I told him to ask him to come out. I never expected a girl to be in his room. He told me his friend was actually a girl. I asked him why he had a girl in his room. I told him to sit down and we needed to have a talk. I started shouting. I told him to tell the girl to come out.”
Osas said that was when her ex boyfriend had to call security to take her off the premises.
“He called the complex security on me to come and escort me out of his house. I drove out of the complex and I drove back to his house. I asked him how he could do this to me since we had been together for some years. He said he didn’t want me to go to jail for fighting a pregnant woman. My whole world collapsed. I am a lover girl and I put my all into my relationship. It was devastating to be betrayed like that.”
