Hall7 Real Estate Limited in collaboration with the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation NNPC Abuja organized a groundbreaking ceremony for Imperial Vista, a residential development located at Kafe district Abuja on Thursday 18th August, 2016.
In a welcome address, the president of the multi-purpose cooperative society AbubakarSadiq pledged to deliver value to their members and the entire society and also to provide them with finished, good quality yet affordable homes. He affirmed that the project is the first of its kind in the history of the cooperative society. He went forward to thank the management of the cooperative for their unwavering support towards the project.
Also speaking, the CEO Hall7 Real Estate Limited OlayinkaBraimoh assured the members of the co-operative and the general audience that they were offering a value based lifestyle where they will love their children to grow. He also stated that value appreciation is not based on time but based on key factors such as lack of credible alternatives in the market; healso statedthat in terms of investment there are no credible alternatives in the market.
He described Imperial Vista as a 216 unit project with facilities ranging from a golf simulator, well equipped clubhouse, chapel, mosque, children’s play area, two lawn tennis courts, basketball court, badminton court, squash court, a VIP cinema,well planned road network, visitors’ car park, waste collection centres, automated access, crèche, commercial centre amongst others.
He added that the project would change the architectural landscape of the society and further stated the timeline for the delivery of the infrastructure and facilities would be by the end of December, 2016.
The deputy general manager of the NNPC human resources EuchariaEzeani congratulated the president of the co-operative and referred to the project as a milestone that has been achieved in a short tenure.
Other speakers such as the Senior pastor House on the Rock described all the projects of Hall7 real estate limited as “progressive excellence”.
The event was concluded with the turning of the soil and goodwill messages by some other members of the cooperative.
