Federal Government on Wednesday unveiled plans to partner with the organised private sector in the implementation of the recently launched national re-orientation campaign, Change Begins With Me.
Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, disclosed this in Abuja, adding that the unveiling of the national re-orientation campaign: ”Change Begins With Me” to the private sector will take place on Thursday, 6th October, 2016.
Mohammed explained that the initiative was in line with the pronouncement of President Muhammadu Buhari, in his speech at the launch of the campaign on 8th September, 2016, that the private sector is a ”major stakeholder” in the campaign.
The unveiling, Mohammed noted, will not only deepen the private sector’s understanding of the campaign, but will also make it possible for that critical sector to know how they can key into it.
The ceremony is scheduled to take place at Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.
