Nigerian entrepreneur and real estate developer, Ejitheinvestor, has introduced a nationwide Campus Tour Initiative aimed at increasing youth interest in wealth creation, financial literacy, and early real estate participation. The plan seeks to engage university students and guide them on practical steps for long-term financial stability.
Ejitheinvestor, who leads Niel Properties, structured the tour as a direct link between young people and financial knowledge. The project targets students at a stage many consider crucial for shaping future choices. With more youths seeking direction on financial independence, the initiative is designed to close the gap between school learning and real-world financial understanding.
According to Niel Group, the tour will reach major institutions including the University of Lagos (UNILAG), Lagos State University (LASU), Kwara State University (KWASU), and several other campuses across the country. Each gathering will include lectures, open discussions, and sessions on land acquisition, money management, digital real estate tools, and long-term wealth planning.
Speaking on the project, Ejitheinvestor said early guidance can shape outcomes for many students. “Nigeria’s youth are ambitious, but ambition must be matched with direction. We want to give students the knowledge and systems they need to start building wealth long before graduation.”
The initiative will also introduce students to MyNielApp, a digital platform created to simplify property access and financial education for young investors.
The tour will run through 2026, with plans to add more universities and polytechnics across the country. With this Campus Tour Initiative, Ejitheinvestor continues to position himself as a voice for youth empowerment, wealth education, and early investment awareness.
