BOC Gases appoints Ayodeji Oseni, managing director/chief executive officer

BOC Gases Nigeria Plc. has announced Ayodeji Oseni as managing director/chief executive officer effect from July 4, 2016.

A statement released by the company adds that Johann van Rooyen will resign as Managing Director with effect from the same date. Also, Adebayo Adetunji Adeleke was accepted as nominee of TY Holdings Limited on the company’s Board and he would be invited to join the Board at its next meeting in September 2016.
