ALTS Education Advisory, Nigeria’s leading educational consultancy has announced that it will be hosting delegates from the University of Alberta, Canada, in Lagos.
The visit which is scheduled to take place on Wednesday 6th of November at ALTS’ offices in Victoria Island, Lagos will provide ambitious Nigerians the opportunity to gain more insight into securing their undergraduate admissions and learn about scholarship opportunities.
“University of Alberta offers high quality undergraduate education, which is the focus of this visit, in a great learning environment,” said John Gregory, director of international admissions, who will be visiting Nigeria.
According to a statement made available to BusinessDay, the university representatives will meet prospective students to share some of the virtues of undergraduate education in Canada.
ALTS has partnered with the University of Alberta to provide this unique opportunity.
Speaking also about the visit, Anthonia Sawyerr, managing partner of ALTS said “the firm seeks to support and encourage inward and outbound cross border educational integration between Nigeria and other parts of the world for the betterment of the country at large.”
The statement states that as Nigerians seek additional knowledge in other climes to support the drive for national progress and development, ALTS seeks to support and encourage cross border educational integration.
There is also going to be assessments for admission and information about on the day about possible scholarships during the seminar.
