‘Allison’s Stand,’ a mind-blowing and suspense-filled television drama series, is billed to air on local TV stations in July, Oluwafemi Ogundoro, CEO, of Maxima Integrated Media, has said.
Produced by Maxima Integrated Media, ‘Allison’s Stand’ tells the story of the lifestyle of an ideal Nigerian career lady who desires to reach the top of her career and still be the best mother to her daughter, even without the help of her husband.
The lead character in the drama is Allison Bolatito, a young upwardly mobile professional, who works in a new generation bank, married to an abusive husband who she later divorce to prove she could do it all alone. She is confronted with politics in her office because her new role of developing new products is placing her under pressure.

At some point, Allison realised she needs a nanny to take care of her only daughter. She employed an old and seemingly experienced nanny whose knack for business made Allison Bolatito more miserable. The premiere of the breathtaking TV series will hold on July 4, at the Zen Gardens, Isaac John, GRA, Ikeja, Lagos.
Allison’s Stand is not only designed to entertain our target audience but a wake-up call to women, especially as it concerns the strain that has been inflicted on the role women play, either in the development of the home or the society at large, Ogundoro emphasises.
Ogundoro further explains that the decision to make the drama series available on the digital space is due to the fact that the digital media has become a very potent medium to reach a reasonable percentage of the target audience of the series.
