Aimart Real Estate recently excited Catholic Church Society for Holy Child Jesus (SHCJ) with the presentation of title empowering the society to take full possession of its land at the Aimart Intercontinental Park Estate in Ibeju Lekki, Lagos.
The company, in a statement at the weekend, said the presentation of the title was made at the Catholic Mission by Bright Taiwo, Aimart’s Head of Operations, to the Head of Real Estate for the Society, Reverend Sister Christianah Olagunju and her colleague, Reverend Sister Juliana Onyeoke.
Earlier this year, at the ground breaking ceremony that signaled the commencement of construction work at the estate, Taiwo had received the allotment certificate on behalf of the society from Aimart’s managing director, Bukola Iluyomade, and delivered same to SHCJ to enable them to take possession of the land.
After receiving the certificate, Olagunju explained why they chose to invest in Intercontinental Park instead of the other estates in the neighbourhood.
“We chose this company after I knew them through a doctor. When we needed support for land, the doctor introduced our provincial sister, Philomena and her team to them. I met with an agent but insisted on meeting with the owners of the company personally.

“The reason I requested to see them was because the price was too high for me. As God would have it, after talking to the chairman and preaching to him, saying that God comes first not money, he beat the price down to what we could afford.
“When I met him, I could tell from the he spoke that he was trustworthy and he gave me a listening ear and made sure we were both comfortable with the decisions made. That was how we got the land at Intercontinental Park,” she said.
Intercontinental Park is among the best in terms of ambience. It is conceived as an eco-friendly and environmentally sustainable gated community offering exceptional facilities and services that will foster quality living, better health, improved communal relationships, and social engagement.
It is a mixed use estate. According to Iluyomade, “Intercontinental Park is a world-class hub for social, economic, business, religious and recreational activities within the Ibeju-Lekki axis after Eleko Junction.
The estate falls under the Origanrigan Resettlement Scheme. It is a few minutes’ drive from the Dangote Refinery and located within a cluster of five residential areas which are the Dangote Residents, Alaro-City, Amen Estate, Heritage Meadow, and Rehoboth Ocean View Estate.
It is part of a hub with multiple streams of income within a layout of about 28 acres (approximately 139,000 square meters) of land. It has a Central Business District comprising a Maritime school, Hospitals, Schools, Hospitality, residential apartments, and Resort centers.
