The State of Osun has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a Malaysian company, Asa Palmilk, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The MoU is targeted at cooperation and collaboration between the State government of Osun and Asa Palmik in the area of trade and investment, particularly in the areas of agriculture and agro-allied industry (agricultural produce processing), particularly, cocoa based food product.
The signing of the MoU took place on Friday, April 5, 2013 at the KLCC Twin tower in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The MoU was executed by Moshood Adeoti, secretary to the state government and Charles Akinola, director general, Office of Economic Development and Partnerships on behalf of Osun government and Nor Azlinda Dato’s Shaari, executive director, on behalf of Asa Palmik.
