In commemoration of International Women’s Day 2026, WordenHCD unveils its recognition of 40 leading women in human resources who are shaping the future of work in Nigeria and beyond.
At a time when the global workforce is being transformed by technology, generational shifts, and evolving leadership expectations, these women stand at the forefront, designing policies, building inclusive systems, nurturing talent pipelines, and redefining how organizations grow and thrive.
Toluwase Olaniyan, executive director at WordenHCD, disclosed that this recognition is not merely a celebration of titles, but a spotlight on impact, innovation, courage, and influence in the field of human capital development.
