UK-based Nigerians and other African professionals are increasingly turning to property investment as a structured pathway to long-term wealth creation, driven by rising living costs in the United Kingdom and persistent currency volatility back home.
This was as Nigerians and other African professionals living in the UK converge in London come Saturday, January 31, for a property investment forum designed to equip diaspora earners with practical strategies for building sustainable wealth through real estate.
The Property Wealth Creation Q&A, scheduled to hold from 12:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in Bromley, London, is being organised by Property Wealth Corporation through its flagship education and investment platform, Property Wealth.

The session will be hosted by Daniel Moses, Founder of Property Wealth Corporation and a UK-based property strategist.
According to the organisers, the event is aimed at addressing growing concerns among Nigerians abroad over how to protect their earnings, navigate economic uncertainty, and build wealth across borders at a time when inflationary pressures in the UK and the weakening naira continue to erode purchasing power.
Moses underscored the need for deliberate and well-structured international investment by members of the diaspora, noting that earnings in stronger currencies such as the British pound present a unique opportunity for long-term asset creation if properly deployed.
“The naira can fail you, but pounds will not fail. The opportunity of the diaspora is to build wealth internationally, then deploy it back into Africa with structure, strategy, and long-term vision,” he said.
Organisers said the Property Wealth Creation Q&A will focus on practical, real-world strategies that enable Nigerians in the UK to start or scale property ownership with realistic capital, understand smart investment approaches in the current UK market, and avoid common mistakes that often undermine diaspora-led investments.
According to Moses, key areas of discussion will include income-generating property structures denominated in pounds, long-term portfolio building, cross-border investment planning, and real-life case studies from individuals who have successfully begun their property investment journeys.
He stressed that the forum is not a sales-driven seminar but an interactive, education-focused session where participants can ask direct questions and receive practical guidance from industry experts with hands-on market experience.

Moses also advises professionals, entrepreneurs, and diaspora investors on strategic property acquisition, joint venture models, and sustainable wealth creation frameworks designed to deliver long-term and generational impact.
The organisers noted that the event comes at a critical time, as informed positioning and structured decision-making can significantly outperform years of unplanned or speculative investment.
