Sodiq “Happy Boy” Adeleke has vowed to unleash “real war” when he faces Durotimi “Tiny” Agboola for the national super bantamweight title on December 26 at GOtv Boxing Night 34.
Adeleke, the recent winner of Best Boxer at GOtv Boxing Night 33, heads into the bout aiming to dethrone Agboola, the defending champion, at the event slated for Tafawa Balewa Square.

The young fighter, who pocketed N1 million for his best boxer award at the last edition, is expected to be one of the night’s major attractions.
“Tiny (Agboola) will be made to look tiny. I cannot afford to lose this fight. I will not lose. I’m sure. This is my first title attempt, and I have to make it count. It will be war, real war. He cannot escape,” Adeleke declared.
Other key bouts include a national lightweight challenge between Segun “Odi” Gbobaniyi and Tobiloba “Smiling Assassin” Ijomoni; a light-welterweight clash between Sodiq “Smart Lion” Suleiman and Emmanuel “Ability” Abimbola; Ezekiel “Touch” Seun vs Toheeb “Full Tank” Hassan in the super bantamweight division; and an eight-round lightweight duel between Sadam “Baby Boxer” Oladipupo and Imole “System” Oloyede.
GOtv Boxing Night 34: Jams Festival, organised by Flykite Productions, will take place on Boxing Day and will feature live entertainment alongside the night’s fights.
According to Bamidele Johnson, Chief Operating Officer of Flykite Productions, the event will offer Lagosians a thrilling year-end experience.
“The matchups announced so far reflect the level of competition we aim to deliver every December. The entertainment package coming soon will also be top-notch. This show has always been big and will be big this year,” Johnson said.
