A founding Team Built for National Execution
Xplaura is co-founded by Ibrahim Haruna (Young Sudan) and Musa Yar’adua, partners at Inner Core Global Projects. Together, they drive the platform’s vision, execution strategy and institutional engagements.
Ibrahim Haruna, a cultural strategist, entrepreneur and creative systems builder, serves as Co-Founder and Inaugural Brand Ambassador of Xplaura. He leads creative and technical direction, platform adoption and cultural positioning—bridging creative influence with policy and market realities.
Musa Yar’adua, a seasoned consultant and communications strategist, leads operational execution and state-level partnerships. He oversees cultural mapping, pilot rollouts and stakeholder coordination, ensuring that Xplaura’s national ambition is grounded in authentic, on-ground intelligence and community participation.
Completing the founding leadership is Cindy, Co-Founder, Head of Legal & Partnerships. Cindy is also the Founder of SpendEase, the fintech platform powering Xplaura’s financial architecture.
