Whatadeal Africa has announced the inaugural Whatadeal Mega Trade Fair, a two-day event scheduled for November 29 to 30, 2025, in Lagos. Designed to empower small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the fair will bring together hundreds of vendors across key sectors, including fashion, beauty, technology, food, and lifestyle, offering consumers access to diverse products and exclusive deals.
The event aims to strengthen SME growth by providing entrepreneurs with a dynamic platform to showcase their products, engage directly with customers, and expand brand visibility. Attendees will also enjoy an immersive marketplace experience featuring interactive games, live entertainment, and giveaways worth over ₦500,000.
Speaking on the initiative, Fela Bank-Olemoh, managing director of Whatadeal Africa, said:
“Whatadeal eCommerce was established to empower businesses, particularly SMEs, to scale and connect meaningfully with customers. The Whatadeal Mega Trade Fair is an extension of that mission, creating real opportunities for growth, visibility, and community.”
He added that the fair goes beyond traditional trading, describing it as “a convergence of enterprise, creativity, and technology” that enables vendors to gain exposure, helps customers enjoy value-driven shopping, and fosters stronger community connections.
The initiative reinforces Whatadeal eCommerce’s commitment to supporting SME development through digital innovation and inclusive market access. By merging online convenience with in-person engagement, the platform continues to reshape Nigeria’s retail and e-commerce landscape.
“Our eCommerce solution makes it easy for businesses to set up and manage online stores,” Bank-Olemoh noted.
“But we recognise that human interaction enhances brand loyalty. Through the Mega Trade Fair, we are blending technology with personal connection to deliver a richer shopping experience.”
