Founder Institute Velocity Conference set to hold November 6th

Founder Institute has announced the launch of  Velocity by Founder Institute Lagos which is poised to take place on November 16th at Commerce House, 1, Idowu Taylor Street, Victoria Island, Lagos between 11 am to 5 pm.

The conference was created in a bid to celebrate the institute’s rigorous 14-week training program that saw 46 founders graduate to  24 portfolio companies. These companies will now launch new technology-based companies.

The founder of SystemSpecs, John Obaro, will be a keynote speaker at the conference.

According to Chukwuemeka Fred Agbata Jnr., Director, Founder Institute Lagos;

‘What Africa needs is daring entrepreneurs who have the capacity and support required to solve certain problems. This  is why the Founder Institute is an important part of the fledgeling Lagos ecosystem, as it has a time-tested curriculum that increases the chances of startup survival.’

Founder Institute Lagos led by Wande Adalemo, Ifedy Eze, Rotimi Fasuyi and Chukwuemeka Fred Agbata Jnr. “CFA” is dedicated to helping launch new companies that will further add not just to the Nigerian economy but to Africa at large.
