Coscharis Motors Plc, has announced a reduction in the prices of select Renault models in Nigeria, a move the company says is aimed at making brand-new vehicles more affordable for buyers in a market struggling with high import costs and declining consumer purchasing power.
In a statement signed by Mathias Archibong, brand manager, Renault Coscharis Motors Plc, the company said the price cuts apply to three Renault models including the Koleos, Oroch, and Taliant, with buyers expected to save up to ₦5 million on the Koleos and Oroch, and ₦7 million on the Taliant.
The company also stated that the campaign, which is currently ongoing, is open to both new buyers and existing Renault owners seeking repeat purchases.
Coscharis said the offer also targets government agencies and private sector organisations looking to expand or upgrade their vehicle fleets.
Helen Osandu, general manager, Renault Sales at Coscharis Motors Plc, said the initiative is intended to make the brand more accessible to customers.
Osandu added that, in addition to the reduced prices, each Renault model comes with a three-year warranty or 100,000km, free services, delivery outside Lagos, as well as finance and operational lease options.
Abiona Babarinde, general manager, marketing & corporate communications, Coscharis Group said the campaign reflects the company’s commitment to offering customers greater value.
Babarinde explained that the price cuts are part of efforts to provide more affordable and reliable ownership options through the Renault brand.
Coscharis Motors, the exclusive franchise holder for Renault in Nigeria, said the campaign will be supported with aftersales services across all six geopolitical zones to ensure customers receive consistent support and maintenance nationwide.
