50 foreign auto parts makers for Lagos Motor fair

Plans have taken off for this year’s Lagos Motor fair. Now in its eight edition, the annual exhibition of different kinds of automobile brands will this year witness the participation of targeted 50 automotive parts makers that will be coming from different parts of the world to showcase their products and services.

Lagos Motor Fair brings together major local and international vehicle manufacturers; brand representatives as well as policy makers in the road transport and automotive business in Nigeria and West Africa. It is always highly focused and boasts of well targeted participants and visitors.

It is a platform for business development. Slated to hold from May 10 to 16, while prospective automobile dealers will start exhibiting their brand of vehicles on the first day, invited spare parts manufacturers from the different countries across the globe will be showcasing their products and services from the first day till end of Motor fair

This is the second time auto parts manufacturers will be taking part in the eight year showcase.

While taking a look at the previous automobile and spare parts exhibition in Lagos, Ifeanyi Agwu, managing director/chief executive of BKG Exhibitions Limited, organisers of the Abuja and Lagos Motor Fairs stated that the last edition was good. He pointed out that the most important thing is that stakeholders are beginning to see the potential in the exhibition.
