The Nigeria Exchange Limited (NGX) will soon play host to Sparkle which is planning to list its shares on the Nigerian Bourse in line with the founder’s expansion drive.
The NGX listing is expected to position Sparkle as not just as a bank but as an ecosystem which blends commerce with convenience.
The company has not disclosed the volume of shares and the price it will list on the NGX, but sources close to the plan confirmed the firm’s readiness to welcome Sparkle as a publicly listed company.

Sparkle, which has about N97 billion deposits from 190,000 customers, has also processed about $420million worth of transactions, issued 33,000 physical and virtual cards.
