Samorah Properties has held the launch and land allocation ceremony for SilverLeafCourt, a planned eco-luxury, mixed-use community within SereneCity along Ererufu/Mogo-Olowu, Ketu/Ikosi Road, Ikosi–Ejirin LCDA, Ketu–Epe, Lagos.
The launch brought together investors, realtors, stakeholders, and community leaders, including Elizabeth Omolara Akintonde, the Executive Chairman of Midoil Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd and Midoil Community Forum. Traditional leaders from the Sekungvo, Arogbo, Ererufu, and Mogo-Olowu areas of Ketu-Epe were also present.
Samorah Properties, founded by Olorunniyi Oluwafemi Abraham, was set up to address sector issues linked to documentation inconsistencies, transparency gaps, and customer distrust. The firm states that integrity-led processes and verified documentation guide its operations. SilverLeafCourt carries a Government Allocation Title, a feature the firm says is now relevant as enforcement on untitled lands in parts of Epe continues.
A key part of the launch was the on-site allocation of plots to early subscribers. Allocation letters and related documents were presented to them. According to the firm, this confirms its focus on transparency, development readiness, and investor confidence.
SilverLeafCourt is a regulated site zoned for mixed development. Lagos State guidelines allow duplexes and four-storey buildings but not bungalows. Investors may process building approvals through state planning procedures. Existing infrastructure within the estate includes a completed gatehouse, an Estate Office, and a security office managed by state security officers. Planned features in SilverLeafCourt within SereneCity include perimeter fencing, motorable roads, drainage, street lighting, security systems, recreational spaces, a helipad, a floating restaurant, a boat club, a shopping mall, nursery and primary schools, parks, police posts, a filling station, and access to hybrid power.
The estate is open to Nigerians in the diaspora, residential homeowners, and land-banking investors. Plots are priced at ₦60,000 per sqm, with options of 500sqm at ₦31 million and 350sqm at ₦21 million. A six-month payment plan is available under set conditions.
Sustainability plans include hybrid energy made up of solar, gas, and grid power, rainwater harvesting, water treatment, underground drainage, green belts, and open spaces. SereneCity’s masterplan includes smart-grid technology and digital security. SilverLeafCourt forms part of the broader 364-hectare SereneCity project.
The Ketu-Epe corridor has been marked for state-led growth. The nearby Food Security Systems and Central Logistics Park is expected to support agricultural and commercial movement. Developers note that ongoing projects may influence possible returns of up to 50% ROI within two years, subject to market conditions.
Samorah Properties says it will continue to support buyers with title perfection, fencing, building approvals, design consultancy, and access to vetted construction professionals.
