Sosai Renewable Energies is a female-led Nigerian company focused on transforming access to clean and affordable energy in underserved communities, particularly in Northern Nigeria. We have recently secured grant support from the REPP2 Technical Assistance Facility (TAF) managed by Camco Management Limited. This grant will enable us to prepare for a successful fundraising initiative aimed at scaling our operations. To support this strategic phase, we are seeking expert advisory services in three key areas:
• Transaction Advisory
• Embedded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Support
• Legal Services for Site Acquisition and Investment Structuring
