The unveiling ceremony, held recently in Abuja, introduced the Bank’s new tagline, “With You For Life,” which underscores its ongoing transformation towards deeper relevance, wider inclusion, and stronger focus on ethical, customer-centric banking.
More than just a logo refresh, the rebrand reflects a clear customer experience strategy rooted in Shari’ah-compliant principles, enhanced digital innovation, and a future-ready institution designed to serve a diverse customer base.
Speaking on the Bank’s new strategic direction, Head of Corporate Communications, Halima Ishaq, stated: “The new identity embodies our journey so far and our ambition to grow with our customers, support them, and remain with them at every milestone. This new chapter is about more than banking figures. People today want more than transactions—they want empathy, ease, and long-term commitment. This rebrand responds directly to those needs.”
Ishaq emphasised that despite the modernisation, Jaiz Bank remains firmly rooted in its values.
“Since 2012, as Nigeria’s first non-interest bank, we have offered solutions that empower individuals, businesses, and communities. The new brand builds on this heritage rather than replacing it,” Ishaq said.
As part of the rebranding, the Bank is also enhancing its mobile platforms and self-service channels to deliver quicker and easier access for customers. However, Ishaq stressed that technology will not replace the human touch, saying, “We are combining the strength of technology with the warmth of human support. That is what makes this rebrand real and people-focused.”
