Her professional journey spans power, energy, financial services, FMCG, philanthropy, real estate, technology, healthcare, and consulting, underscoring her versatility and leadership in complex and fast-evolving business environments.
She currently serves as Group Head, Human Resources at Transcorp Plc, where she leads the execution of the organisation’s human capital strategy. In this role, she champions workforce initiatives that align with Transcorp’s longterm business goals, fostering a culture of excellence, operational agility, and people driven performance.
As a leader attuned to several HR and business intricacies, she has consistently demonstrated the ability to build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams that drive innovation and achievement of set goals and objectives.
