This informed policy changes, reinforcing the organisation’s commitment to international human rights norms through department collaboration. She also completed a detailed examination of Canadian, UK, and Australian human rights laws to improve organisational policy, and in addition, provided a thorough study on organisational weaknesses and development prospects, using legal compliance papers to examine present processes against benchmark standards and recommended areas for improvement, contributing to policy improvements.

While at Lafarge Africa Plc as corporate citizenship and events manager, she effectively collected community impact data, demonstrating the organisation’s transparency and enabling the timely dissemination of the 2020 and 2021 sustainability reports. That isn’t all, she organised international volunteer initiatives that prioritised social impact and community engagement while facilitating virtual reading sessions for children from public schools and the local community.
