Activity levels were mixed with the volume traded increasing to 165.5m from 161.6m (Thursday) while value dropped to N888.2m from N1.2bn (Thursday).
Marker breadth which reflects investor sentiment closed at 0.8x on the back of fourteen gainers and seventeen losers.
Pertaining to the daily standing, TRANSCOHOT (10.06%) led the gainers chart trailed by MANSARD (5.00%), OANDO (4.76%), MAYBAKER (4.35%) AND NAHCO (4.00%).
As for the converse list, FLOURMILL (-9.70%) pared the most, followed by BERGER(-9.58%), AIICO (-58.00%), SEPLAT (-5.00%) and PZ (-4.95%).
