Nigeria’s consumer price index (CPI), otherwise referred to as inflation rate for goods and services declined marginally on a (month-on-month) basis by 0.02 percentage points to 11.26 percent in October 2018 from 11.28 percent in September 2018, according to the National Bureau of Statistic (NBS) inflation report released this morning.
Food inflation on (year on year) basis is at 13.38 percent in October from 13.31 percent in September while core inflation at 9.9 perent (year on year) in October from 9.8 percent
