The Unofficial Christmas Party (TUCP) hosted CEOs, corporate executives and entrepreneurs to a breakfast meeting on the bottom line impact of team and client recognition and rewards. The meeting addressed the need for employee engagement in the wake of the current economic recession and the importance of the end of year corporate party to spearhead and drive organisational growth.
The keynote speaker at the breakfast meeting, Lanre Onasanya, CEO, HC Bonum, gave an indepth analysis identifying the importance of client and team recognition for organisations to initiate and embed change in the workplace now and in the future.
Commenting on the event, Onasanya, said: “All organisations are making the stringent measurement and effective use of recognition as a way to boost employee engagement at the end of the year.”

To close the meeting, the date and theme of the 2017 event was revealed – “Party En Blanc” (All White Party), scheduled for December 15th at the Landmark centre Lagos.
