Ushoppen, the no-code online store builder created by Aggital Works, has launched a new feature called Record Sales to help Nigerian entrepreneurs track transactions from Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, phone orders, and in-store channels on one platform.

At a media briefing in Lagos, the Aggital Works team described the update as a response to the everyday challenges faced by SMEs. For many small businesses, orders come from everywhere — WhatsApp messages, Instagram DMs, TikTok inquiries, even walk-in customers — but the records are scattered. The result is that at the end of the month, vendors often cannot say with certainty how much they actually made.

With Record Sales, all of those numbers are consolidated into a single dashboard, offering clarity and insight. According to Oghoghozino Otefia, Founder and CEO of Aggital Works as well as the creator of Ushoppen, this solution was built after listening to vendors’ frustrations. “We discovered that what many entrepreneurs lack is not customers, but visibility. They sell on multiple fronts, but without a system to keep track, the money seems to vanish. Record Sales brings everything into one view, so vendors know exactly where they stand.”

Aggital’s Chief Operating Officer, Iruoghene Otefia, reinforced the importance of the feature. “Businesses thrive on data, not guesswork. With this feature, a vendor can quickly see whether Instagram is generating more revenue than in-store sales, or whether WhatsApp orders are worth doubling down on. That’s the kind of intelligence that drives growth.”

The unveiling also featured other key team members of Aggital Works, including Miracle Teco-Benson, Dorcas Olonode, and Micaiah Oduaran, who were all instrumental in the development of the feature.

Ushoppen has positioned itself as a digital partner for Nigerian SMEs, enabling vendors to create online stores without coding skills. The Record Sales feature is now available to all Ushoppen vendors, with sign-up open on Ushoppen website.
